Overview

itonus offers two support models ‘on demand’ and ‘contract’. The ‘on demand’ support is charged in itokens. An itoken represents 15 minutes of support, itokens are purchased in bundles of 10 hours. itokens can also be used as payment for consultancy up to 7.5 consecutive hours. itonus also offer extended support agreements which are for regular 3rd line support.

As a ‘contract’ customer you will be entitled to preferential on site, out of hours, and project rates – we will always be there when you need us.
